Actually this is very clear, if you have an exam in the college and you've the answers to the questions, does this make the college exams useless?!
No, it's just cheating like any other cheating, you're not supposed to solve any test king before the exam the same like you're not supposed to have any exams' questions answers

It's X, and when they changed the exam everytime there's a new test king until all the possible questions are covered, so what's the solution?
And one more thing, Test King is not only for MS certificates, it's available for every other certificate like Oracle, Cisco, etc

Certified in a programming language means that you know the programming language itself, how the compiler works, etc, it's not about how to program, or algorithms, or anything like that, otherwise it will be a certification in something else.
